How to Enroll
A $200 deposit is required to enroll. Once enrolled, a CDE form is given to the student. The CDE form is the form the BMV requires a driver education student to have to receive their permit. The deposit may be made by placing a check in the mail, stopping by our office, or PayPal online. We accept cash, check, money order, and Visa, MasterCard and Discover at our office.
All online transactions will incur a 5% handling fee, this includes PayPal.
If you send a check, please include the following:
Student's Full Name. i.e. John, A, Smith
Student's Date of birth
Address and telephone number
Classroom you wish to attend
If you pay via PayPal, please include the above information in an email to: safewaydrivingschool@gmail.com
If payment is made with a check in the mail, or PayPal, Safeway will mail you the required forms the next business day.
